The purpose of this ride is to escalate intensity similar to a local weekday race ride. The ride is neutral throughout lap one and into lap two till we reach the white KOM line at the base of Box HIll then its a full on race to the finish. Ride leader will continuously call out intensity and remind the group of the pace. Please feel free to pull at the front of the group but stay within the prescribed intensity (w/kg).
